This definitely wasn’t the post that I had scheduled for this week, but this week was been hideous so a lot of things haven’t happened as planned so a bit of venting is needed. Now who decided to make Easter weekend and Daylight Savings ending fall on the same weekend!? Stupid, bad, terrrible idea!

Well well! Didn’t know if I would actually write a blog post again. I got struck down with bit of “writers block” . . . well ok it was a major writers block but also I think I felt that the overcoming of obstacles, shock and coming to terms of that bumpy first year of motherhood, I had gotten through it and just didn’t know what else to say. But come on really a journey of motherhood never ends, journey of life never ends! I just got a bit confused on where I wanted to go with my blog.
On Tuesday I was hit by an Exhaustion Tsunami. Looking back it wasn’t completely unexpected, all the warning signs were there.
So Chloe had some blood tests done last Monday, the last time they had been taken was beginning of October so we had a nice lovely break from needles.
Was going to do a 1st Birthday post this weekend but that will have to wait until later this coming week as we have an important update to fill you all in on. On Friday we received a call from the Genetics team down in Wellington with Chloe’s blood results that she had way back in September (compared to other …
It’s been so long since I did a post, a lot longer than I wanted. I guess you could say because I haven’t done any posts things have been relatively good. There hasn’t been any dramas or to many worry’s, just enjoying spending my days with Miss Chloe.
Laurie and I are so pleased with how our appointment with Genetics went and also how Chloe coped with her big day out to Wellington.
Been a while since my last post, I really don’t know where the past couple of weeks have gone.
